Tier One is inviting a small number of people to take part in a 30-day product experience programme.
If selected, you will receive a Tier One food supplement at no cost to use over a 30-day period. In return, we ask you to use the product as directed, provide three short video clips of approximately 30-40 seconds each during that period and give us your genuine feedback.
Participation is entirely voluntary. Before applying and before using any Tier One product, you are responsible for reading the relevant product information and determining whether the product is suitable for you.
Please read the following carefully before submitting your application.
What We Ask From You
If you’re selected, we’ll send you a Tier One product free of charge to use over a 30-day period.
In return, we’d like you to send us 3 short videos of around 30-40 seconds each during those 30 days, simply telling us how you’re getting on and what your genuine experience has been.
We want your honest experience. There’s no requirement for it to be positive.
Complete the 30-day programme and send us your three videos, and you’ll also receive 10% off Tier One products for the following six months.
Eligibility & Applicant Acknowledgements
By applying and, if selected, agreeing to participate in the Tier One Product Experience Programme, I confirm that:
- I am aged 18 or over.
- I am resident in the United Kingdom.
- I am applying voluntarily and understand that submitting an application does not guarantee selection.
- I understand that Tier One products are food supplements and are not medicines.
- I understand that Tier One products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or medical condition.
- I understand that Tier One does not provide individual medical advice or assess whether a product is personally suitable for me.
- I accept responsibility for determining whether the relevant Tier One product is suitable for me before using it.
- I will read the product label, ingredients, directions for use and warnings before taking the product.
- If I am pregnant or breastfeeding, take prescription medication, am receiving medical treatment or supervision, have concerns about using the product, or am otherwise unsure whether it is suitable for me, I will seek advice from an appropriate healthcare professional before using it.
- I will not knowingly use the product if I am allergic, intolerant or sensitive to any of its ingredients.
- I will use the product in accordance with its directions for use and will not exceed the stated serving.
- I understand that individual experiences can vary and that Tier One has not promised or guaranteed any particular result or outcome.
Soldier Plus® 2.0 – Additional Acknowledgement
For participants selected for Soldier Plus® 2.0:
Soldier Plus® 2.0 contains caffeine. I understand that I should take account of my other sources of caffeine and follow the directions and warnings provided on the product label.
What Tier One Provides
If selected, Tier One will provide the relevant product free of charge for the 30-day programme.
On successful completion of the programme, you will also receive a personal 10% discount across Tier One products for six months.
- The discount is personal and non-transferable.
- It cannot be exchanged for cash.
- It cannot be combined with another Tier One discount, promotion or discounted offer.
- It is subject to normal product availability.
The discount is provided for completing the programme, not for providing a positive review or endorsement.
What We Ask From You
If selected, you agree to:
- Take part in the programme for 30 days.
- Use the supplied product as directed.
- Provide Tier One with three short video clips of approximately 30-40 seconds each during the 30-day period.
- Talk naturally and honestly about your experience with the product.
- Provide your genuine overall feedback.
- Ensure that anything you tell us reflects your own personal experience.
- Avoid making medical or disease-treatment claims about the product.
There is no requirement for your feedback to be positive.
Content & Marketing Permission
By taking part, you agree that the content you provide through the programme may be used by Tier One for marketing and promotional purposes.
You give Tier One permission to use, reproduce, edit, shorten, crop, reformat, publish and repurpose the video footage, photographs, comments and feedback you submit.
Tier One may add appropriate branding, captions, graphics or other production elements, provided that any editing does not materially misrepresent your genuine views or experience.
This permission also covers the use of your image, voice, name or first name and likeness where these appear within or are reasonably connected with the content.
Content may be used across Tier One’s website, social-media channels, email/newsletters and other digital marketing and promotional channels, including organic and paid digital advertising.
Legal review point: The final legal wording should establish sufficiently broad ongoing, royalty-free rights for Tier One to continue using and repurposing accepted content without requiring further payment or permission each time it is used. The final drafting should determine the appropriate licence/ownership mechanism.
Completion & Six-Month Discount
The programme is considered completed once you have participated for the agreed 30-day period and provided the three agreed video clips and your final feedback.
On completion, Tier One will provide you with a personal 10% discount valid for six months.
The discount is earned by completing the programme and is not dependent upon whether your experience or opinion is positive, neutral or negative.
Withdrawal
You may stop using the product and withdraw from the programme if you choose to do so.
Tier One may also end participation where someone materially fails to comply with the programme requirements or terms.
If the programme is not completed, the six-month participant discount will not be provided.
Information & Privacy
I confirm that the information provided in my application is accurate to the best of my knowledge.
I understand that information submitted through my application will be used by Tier One to assess applications, select participants, administer the programme and communicate with participants in accordance with Tier One’s applicable privacy terms.
Applicants should not provide unnecessary medical records, diagnoses, medication details or other detailed personal health information as part of their application.
