UK Shipping
We ship all UK orders with APC Overnight.
Most UK mainland orders arrive the next working day.
Remote areas such as the Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland, and the Isle of Wight take up to two working days and may cost more.
Free UK shipping on orders over £60.
If you know you won’t be home, you’ll be asked at checkout to choose one of the following:
- Nominate a safe place, or
- Choose delivery through APC’s tracking link, or
- Select “no safe place” and APC will attempt delivery again the next working day.
Missed Deliveries
APC will attempt delivery twice. If both attempts fail, the parcel will be returned to us. At that point you can either:
- Have it re-sent, with re-delivery costs charged to you, or
- Cancel your order. If you choose to cancel, we’ll refund the product price but deduct any direct costs we’ve incurred for the failed delivery and return, as permitted under UK consumer law.
International Shipping
- We use DHL for international orders.
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
- Delivery times vary by country.
- Customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees are the customer’s responsibility.
If delivery fails because duties/taxes are refused or incorrect details are provided, any return or re-delivery costs will be charged to the customer, or deducted from a refund if the order is cancelled, as permitted under UK consumer law.
The free UK shipping threshold does not apply outside the UK.
Returns
You can return unopened, unused products within 14 days of delivery.
Return costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or we’ve made an error.
