2. Returns & Refunds 

We’re sorry if there was an issue with your order. At TIER ONE SUPPLEMENTS, we take this seriously and may be able to help, so please contact our Customer Services team at team@tierone-supplements.com.

Please note:

• You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 calendar days from the day you receive it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations.
• Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund, unless faulty.
• Refunds for opened items will only be issued if the product is found to be faulty.
• You are responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items.
• Only items purchased directly from TIER ONE SUPPLEMENTS can be returned.
